摘要
严寒地区农村住宅多为农民自筹自建,建造投资成本是其关注的重点。以内蒙古扎兰屯农村节能住宅为例,针对建筑体型和布局、围护结构构造及材料优化技术,从全生命周期角度,在分析建造成本增额、运行成本收益的基础上,采用动态经济分析法计算节能住宅初投资增额的动态回收期,揭示节能住宅的经济性;计算单项节能技术的效益费用比,为寒冷地区经济节能技术优选提供借鉴。
The construction of rural houses in severe cold regions is mainly the personal way with self-raised and self-built,so the villagers pay more attention to the construction cost. This paper takes Zhalantun new rural energy-saving house for an example with optimizing technologies of building shape and layout,envelope structure and materials,analyzes the construction cost increment and operation cost benefit from the perspective of life cycle,adopts the method of dynamic economic analysis to calculate the dynamic payback period of initial investment increment to release the economy of energy-saving house,and analyzes the benefits-cost rate on the single energy saving measure to provide reference for energy-saving technology selection.
