摘要
目的评价氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效。方法 A组纳入患者48例,口服氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片,B组纳入46例,口服氨氯地平,对比疗效。结果治疗后,A组与B组血压、LDL-C低于治疗前,A组低于B组,A组血脂、血压、心电图达标率高于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效较好。
Objective To evaluation of amlodipine and atorvastatin cutting the efficacy of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods The group A included 48 patients,oraling amlodipine and atorvastatin cutting atorvastatin calcium,the group B included 46 cases,oraling amlodipine,compared the efficacy of two group.Results After treatment,the group A and the group B blood pressure,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） before and in group A was lower than the group B,the group A blood lipids,blood pressure,electrocardiogram compliance rate was higher than the group B,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Amlodipine and atorvastatin cutting atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease curative effect is better.
