摘要
目的探讨复方利血平氨苯蝶啶联合治疗难治性高血压的疗效。方法将100例难治性高血压患者根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组使用苯磺酸氨氯地平+琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片+厄贝沙坦/氢氯噻嗪,观察组在以上药物上加用复方利血平氨苯蝶啶。结果对照组总有效率72%(显效18例,有效18例),观察组总有效率90%(显效24例,有效21例)。结论复方利血平氨苯蝶啶联合治疗难治性高血压疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound reserpine triamterene combined with the treatment of refractory hypertension.Methods Selected 100 patients with refractory hypertension were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the different treatment methods,50 cases in each group.The control group benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine ＋ metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets ＋ Irbesartan/hydrogen ticlopidine hydrochloride,observation group in the above drugs with compound reserpine triamterene.Results The total effective rate of control group was 72%（18 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were effective）,the total effective rate of observation group was 90%（24 cases were markedly effective,21 cases were effective）.Conclusion Compound reserpine triamterene combined treatment of refractory hypertension curative effect.
