摘要
针对循环流化床(CFB)锅炉炉膛内可燃气体中CO体积分数较高的问题,建立了一维CFB锅炉炉膛中气体浓度场的计算模型,基于已有的燃料热解、挥发分的分布以及可燃挥发分和碳的燃烧,计算出不同燃料在CFB锅炉炉膛内一维的烟气浓度场分布,并对炉膛内CO体积分数分布与锅炉设计和运行优化的关系进行了分析与验证,结果表明,在CFB锅炉炉膛内,任何燃料均有较高的CO浓度区域存在;该模型计算结果可为CFB锅炉的设计和实验研究提供理论基础。
Against the high CO concentration in combustible gas inside the circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler furnace,a one-dimensional calculation model for gas concentration in the CFB boiler furnace was established.On the basis of fuel pyrolysis,volatiles distribution and the combustion of the combustible volatiles and carbon in CFB furnace,the one-dimensional flue gas concentration field inside the CFB boiler furnace with different fuels can be calculated,and relationship between the CO concentration in the furnace and the boiler design and operation optimization was investigated and verified,which indicates this model's calculation results can provide theoretical basis for the CFB boiler design and experimental research.
