摘要
在对有关文献进行了充分研究的基础上,对阿仑膦酸的合成工艺进行了改进。通过加入分散剂解决了膦酸化步骤的固化问题。实践证明,我们设计出的新工艺操作简便,产率高,产品纯度好,产品质量符合标准。
the synthetic process of alendronate had been improved by adding a solid dispersant agent which resolved the solidification problem of phophonation procedure. The solidification problems were solved by adding the activated charcoad. On the basis of many experiments, the common solidification problems of bisphosphonates were resolved by applying a dispersant agent which successfully overcome the problem of solidification of the reation mix- ture and the disadvantage of the present route. The route has the merits of easy and safe operation, high yeid and puity. The results show that the route is feasible and reasonable.
