摘要
西医治疗癫痫伴发抑郁症以卡马西平、丙戊酸钠、拉莫三嗪、左乙拉西为主,这些药物不仅抗癫痫且具有改善情绪的作用。SSRIs和多受体抗抑郁药可治疗癫痫伴发的抑郁,西酞普兰为首选。在中医治疗方面研究发现,柴胡疏肝散及中药石菖蒲均有抗癫痫且改善抑郁情绪的作用。然而部分抗癫痫药物可诱发癫痫患者发生抑郁障碍,同时影响抑郁障碍治疗的效果,故中西医结合治疗癫痫疗效明显,能进一步改善患者的生活质量,减少不良反应。
Western treatments of epilepsy associated with depression are Carbamazepine,Sodium valproate,Lamotrigine and Levetiracetam,which also have positive effects on improving patients＇ moods. SSRIs and antidepressants are the treatment of depression caused by epilepsy,in which Citalopram is the preferred choice. The study of Traditional Chinese Medicine demonstrates that Chaihu Shugan Powder and Acori graminei Rhizoma are anti-epileptic and also support positive moods. However,some anti-epileptic medicine could induce depressive disorder,and at the same time,limit the effects on the treatment of depression. herefore,the combination of Chinese and western treatment is highly effective on epilepsy,and the quality of patent＇s life could be further improved with less side-effect.
