摘要
采用E-44环氧树脂作为基料,腰果壳油改性酚醛胺与聚酰胺配用作为固化剂,研制成一种厚浆型双组分环氧汽车底盘漆。讨论了环氧树脂、固化剂、润湿分散剂、防锈颜填料和助剂的选择,以及PVC的控制对涂层性能的影响。
A two components high build epoxy coatings for automotive chassis was prepared using E-44 epoxy resin as base maternal, cashew nut oil modified phenolic amine combined with polyamide as caring agent. The influences of epoxy resin, curing agent, wetting dispersing agent, anti-rust pigments and fillers, additives and PVC on film performance were discussed.
