摘要
参考国家标准GB/Tl9406-2003和国际标准IS081400-4:2005规范设计2.5MW风机增速箱三维模型。联合ADAMS与MATLAB软件对单级斜齿行星轮系进行动力学分析,对正常和断齿工况下的动态特性、啮合力时频域信号进行对比研究。同时,在仿真环境下实现了三级增速齿轮啮合过程,仿真分析结果对整机出现断齿故障的预测和系统可靠性研究有实践指导作用。
Refer to the national standard GB/ T19406-2003 and international standards ISO81400-4:2005 specification, designed 2.5MW wind turbine gearbox models. Combined ADAMS with MATLAB to conduct the dynamic analysis of single-stage helical planetary gear. compared the dynamic characteristics and the frequency domain signal under the condition of normal and tooth fracture, and simulate three-stage driv- ing gear meshing process, the results of the simulation can be a practical guiding to research the occurrence of tooth fracture failures and the reliability of the system.
