摘要
运用Fluent中的DPM模型对含有少量颗粒的流体进入弯管处引起的冲蚀进行了数值模拟,分析流体流速和沙比对弯管处冲蚀的影响。结果表明,弯管处外侧是冲蚀速率最大的的地方,且最大冲蚀速率随进口流体速率和沙比的增大而增大。进口直管段和出口直管段冲蚀较小且较为均匀,出口段略大于进口段,流速和沙比对这两段的影响很小。
The erosion of tube bending in the line was very serious. DPM software was applied to simulate the erosion which caused by flows with a small amount of particles into tube bending. The influence of velocity and aggregate on the erosion of tube bending were discussed. The results showed that the erosion velocity at the tube bending region was the highest, and the maximum rate of erosion increased with velocity and aggregate. The erosion of access regions and outlet regions were smaller and more uniform, access regions were slightly serious than outlet regions, and velocity and aggregate had little effect on these two regions.
