摘要 悬浮床加氢法处理渣油具有空速大,转化率及脱金属率高,原料适应性强等特点。抚顺石油化工研究院对多种渣油进行的评价结果表明:在连续运转和较大空速及缓和压力下,催化剂加入量为300μg/g时,得到的小于500℃馏分油收率为60%~91%。将悬浮床加氢与其它工艺过程组合处理渣油可进一步提高该技术的工业化可行性。 The features of suspended bed for hydroprocessing residual oil were high space velocity, high conversion, high demetalization capacity, and good adaptability to feedstocks. Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals studied and evaluated various residual oils, the hydroprocessing results showed that maintaining continuous running at high space velocity, moderate pressure and a catalyst addition rate of 300μg/g, the yields of < 500℃ distillates reached 60m%-90m%. The suspended bed hydroprocessing in combination with other processes could further improve its feasibility of industrialization.
