摘要
目的了解徐州市孕妇睡眠质量状况并分析其影响因素。方法采用自制相关情况调查表以及结合匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）对云龙区保健所体检的589名孕妇进行抽样调查,采用二分类logistic回归分析方法分析睡眠质量的影响因素。结果徐州市孕妇睡眠质量均分为（7.61±4.838）分,各因子均分分别为：主观睡眠质量（1.38±0.491）、入睡时间（1.43±0.463）、睡眠时间（1.09±0.485）、睡眠效率（1.00±0.536）、睡眠障碍（1.05±0.424）、安眠药物使用（0.69±0.562）、日间功能障碍（0.99±0.537）,其中211人（35.8%）存在睡眠质量不良问题。多因素分析结果显示高龄（〉30岁）、婆媳关系差、没有定期体检、非计划怀孕是孕妇睡眠质量的危险因素（P〈0.05）,而月收入较高、年龄（25~30岁）是孕妇睡眠质量的保护因素（P〈0.05）。结论徐州市孕妇睡眠质量不良问题较为常见,应该重点关注高龄、经济状况较差等睡眠质量不良的高危人群,需要采取综合措施改善其睡眠质量,促进胎儿健康发育。
Objective To understand the sleep quality and its influencing factors among pregnant women in Xuzhou City. Methods A sampling survey was performed among 589 pregnant women with a self-designed questionnaire and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）. Logistic regression was used to analyze related factors of sleep quality.Re-sults The mean PSQI score was 7.61±4.838 and the mean score was 1.38±0.491 for subjective sleep quality, 1.43±0.463 for the time to fall asleep, 1.09 ±0.485 for sleep time, 1.00±0.536 for sleep efficiency, 1.05 ±0.424 for sleep disorders, 0.69±0.562 for sleeping drug application, and 0.99±0.537 for daytime dysfunction. Among the 589 pregnant women,211 persons（35.8%） reported sleep quality problems. The multiple factor analysis showed that high age, bad relationship be-tween mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, no periodical physical examinations, and unexpected pregnancy were risk factors for pregnant women to have a good sleep quality. High income and suitable age（25-30 years old） were protective factors for good sleep quality. Conclusion The general sleep quality of pregnant women in Xuzhou City is serious. We should focus on high-risk groups such as the elderly, poor economic condition group and so on. The comprehensive measures should be adopted to improve their sleep quality so as to improve the healthy development of fetus.
