过氧化物/硫磺硫化体系对EPDM硫化橡胶力学性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过采用过氧化物、硫磺及过氧化物/硫磺硫化体系硫化三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)。研究了硫化体系、硫化剂用量等对EPDM性能的影响。实验结果表明:DBPH硫化体系较硫磺硫化体系的EPDM拉伸强度和断裂伸长率高,压缩永久形变率较低,撕裂强度接近。采用DBPH/硫磺硫化体系和TBCP/硫磺硫化体系的EPDM拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和撕裂强度接近,但TBCP/硫磺硫化体系的压缩永久变形率较低。 EPDM with peroxide, sulfur and peroxide/sulfur were prepared respectively by mixing and vulcanized. The effects of vulcanization system, content of vulcanizing agent on the properties of EPDM were studied. The results shown that tensile strength and elongation at break of EPDM with DBPH were better than that of EPDM with sulfur, compression permanent deformation rate of EPDM with DBPH was lower than that of EPDM with sulfur, and tear strength of EPDM with DBPH or sulfur were close. Tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength of EPDM with DBPH/sulfur or TBCP/sulfur were close. And compression permanent deformation rate of EPDM with TBCP/sulfur was lower.
