摘要
高职院校承担着培养学生具有良好的职业技能和职业道德的重任。目前,高职院校职业道德教育存在理念认识不到位,教育观念滞后;教育方式单一,知行分离;教学内容抽象,实效性不强,评价机制不健全等问题。加强高职院校职业道德教育须转变观念,提高认识,改革教学方法,完善职业道德评价机制,建立科学的道德教育评价体系,增强职业道德教育的实效性。
the higher vocational colleges to train students to have good occupation skill and occupation moral responsibility.Occupation moral education in higher vocational colleges is to meet the requirement of social and economic development,training of high-quality ' occupation ' of Higher Vocational College Students' occupation morality and the inevitable requirement of current situation.At present,vocational colleges occupation moral education concept understanding does not reach the designated position,education idea;education mode is single,known separation;teaching content is abstract,the effectiveness is not strong,evaluation mechanism is not perfect wait for a problem.Higher vocational colleges to strengthen the occupation moral education must change idea,improve knowledge;to reform the teaching method,the education way;perfect occupation moral evaluation mechanism,establish a scientific evaluation system of moral education,strengthening occupation moral education the attraction and appeal.
