摘要
校园文化与企业文化错位,现实已成为高职学生就业的障碍。本文从文化认同、文化渗透、文化对接三方面探析校园文化与企业文化的融合,以求实现企业文化和高职校园文化的互补。
Campus culture and corporate culture dislocation,this kind of reality has become employment obstacles of higher vocational students.This paper has discussed the integration of campus culture and corporate culture from the cultural identity,cultural infiltration,cultural docking,and in order to pursuit complementation of the two kinds of culture.
