摘要
导游职业道德水平的高低直接影响着接待服务质量和旅游地的形象,也是影响旅游业健康发展的重要因素。本文对导游队伍现存的职业道德问题及成因进行了探析,提出了提高导游职业道德水平的途径。
The level of guides effected directly on the tourism service quality and the image of resort, is also the important factors of the tourism healthy development. This paper discussed the existing professional ethics problems and causes, proposed the ways of raising the level of guides.
