摘要
通过对社会主义新农村建设和农村成人教育的地位、作用的论述,理清农村成人教育与社会主义新农村建设的关系。立足农村人才需求的新变化,转变农村成人教育观念、调整人才培养方式、完善成人教育体系、优化成人教育资源,只有这样才能在社会主义新农村建设中充分发挥成人教育的作用,为社会主义新农村建设提供智力支持和人才保障。
To straighten out the relation of adult education & the socialism new countryside-construction through new countryside-construction the position and function of the countryside adult education, Based on the new change of countryside demand for talent , change idea of countryside adult education, adjust talent training way, improve adult's education system , optimize adult education resources , only in this way, can play the role of adult education in the socialism new countryside-construction fully, and provide intelligence support and talented guarantee for the socialism new countryside-construction.
