摘要
社会发展逐渐步入云时代,其核心的云计算有利于节约学校的办学成本,方便教育管理,有利于教育质量的提高。中小学布局调整政策执行过程中以集中办学为取向,以降低办学成本、方便教育管理和提高教育质量为政策目标,但是站在云时代背景下加以考量,并校目标的合理性值得质疑,不能构成集中办学的一个理由。
Social development is moving into the cloud era,which will directly influence the development of education,and cloud computing as the core technology helps to save the cost of running schools,facilitates education management,and thus helps to improve the quality of education. The implementation of school restructuring policy is oriented to centralized school sponsoring,with the objectives of reducing the cost of running schools,facilitating education management,and improving the quality of education. But considered from the background of cloud era,the rationality of the objectives is questionable,and can not constitute a reason for school consolidation.
