摘要
为解决传统牵引装置工作效率低、稳定性不高、安全系数低等问题,课题组研制出输电线路带电作业绝缘电动牵引装置,该装置以XC0608无刷电机专用集成芯片为核心,采用新型低速轮毂无刷直流电机作为动力,电机以自控方式运行,重载启动时不会在负载突变时产生振荡和失步,有效解决了传统牵引装置稳定性不高的问题;采用绝缘滑轮,有效解决金属滑轮与绝缘绳摩擦产生金属粉末造成绝缘工具的二次污染问题;与传统方式相比该装置能有效减少作业人员的工作量,提高工作效率,具有安全系数高等特点。
In order to solve the problem of traditional traction device,which is inefficiency,low traction stabilityand low safe coefficient. Research group designed the insulating electric traction device of live working on transmissionline,based on the brushless motor special integrated chip XC0608,used new low-speed hub brushless DC motor as thepower with running in automatic way. Overloading starts,the motor didn′ t generate oscillation and step out,whicheffectively solved the problem of the stability of traditional equipment;Using insulating blocks,the device effectivelysolved the problem of insulated tools of metal powder secondary pollution generated by the mutual friction from metalpulley and insulating rope. Compared with the traditional device,the performance of the device,with high stability,caneffectively reduce the workload of workers and improve the work efficiency and safe coefficient.
