摘要
目的探讨接受下肢动脉硬化闭塞症腔内手术治疗患者的护理要点。方法总结分析2012-01-2014-12间接受腔内治疗的95例（108条肢体）下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的临床资料。结果 3例患者发生急性动脉血栓形成,4例患者出现急性下肢深静脉血栓形成,1例发生急性心肌梗死,4例出现假性动脉瘤,3例发生压疮。所有患者经过治疗,均康复出院。结论主动认真的观察,合理的护理,有助于提高下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者腔内手术的成功率,减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To discuss the nursing points of patients under endoscopic treatment of arteriosclerotic occlusion of lower limb.Methods Summary of 95 cases（ 108 limbs） of patients under post-interventional therapy for arteriosclerotic occlusive disease of lower extremities from January 2012 to December 2014. Results Complications occurred in 15 patients,acute artery thrombosis in 3 cases,acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity in 4 cases,1 cases of acute myocardial infarction,4 cases of pseudoaneurysmv and 3 cases of pressure ulcer incidence. After treatment,all patients were recovered. Conclusion Careful observation in patients and reasonable nursing technology could help to improve the success rate of surgery,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
