摘要
本研究探讨文创园区文化与商业二元价值模式,采单一产业案例的质性研究,以全球文创园区为对象,透过次级资料与专家访谈,共筛选43个案例以及1004件价值活动事件,以每一事件为分析单元,依文本分析及内容分析法进行解析。研究获得:文创园区以文化价值活动为核心,并以社会性价值为主;商业价值主要以空间利用及创意市集为主;文创园区可分为五种形成模式;民营接手管理模式较注重商业价值,其余模式均重视文化价值;欧洲和亚洲较注重文化价值,美洲较注重商业价值;意大利、西班牙注重意义性价值;日本、加拿大和德国注重空间美学价值;英国、法国注重社会性价值;韩国、中国大陆、美国均注重商业价值。
This study aims to discuss the elements of cultural value and commercial value in cultural creative park, and further establish the model of ambidexterity value of cultural creative park. This study is based on the qualitative research adopting a case-oriented method in single industry. Through the secondary data collection, a total of 43 foreign and domestic cultural creative parks are selected as the cases. 1,004 events related to cultural creative parks are collected to develop the case database. Each event is used as an analysis unit. The analysis is based on text analysis and method of content analysis. The findings are: 1.The cultural value is as the core value in cultural creative park, especially in social value.2.Commercial value is mainly composed of space lease and creative market.3.Cultural creative parks can be divided into five development models.4. The model taken over by private institute focuses on commercial value,other models pay attention to cultural value.5.Europe and Asia emphasize cultural value, while America concentrates commercial value.6.Italy and Spain place more emphasis on meaning value; Japan, Canada and Germany pay attention to aesthetic space value; England and French focus on social value;South Korea, China and United States emphasize commercial value.
