摘要
"以学为本"的教学意蕴体现在教育"尊重人性"、"学生为本"、"突出个性"、"自主学习"的旨归。"以学为本"的教学,强调学生学习的重要,重在关注人的存在,呵护人的尊严,为课堂教学实现根本变革提供了操作路径和价值目标。"以学为本"的教学实践样态表现为:教学更加关注学生的全面发展,实现人本价值回归;以学生的丰富性为前提进行教学设计,课堂展现学生个性风采;教学中教师的行为以促进学生自主学习为目标,课堂彰显创新活力;由主要靠预设发展到追求教学生成,课堂充分开放互动。
The connotation of "learning-centered" teaching is embodied in the aims of "respecting humanity", "student-centeredness", "highlighting personality" and "independent study". "Learning-centered" teaching emphasizes the importance of student study and cares about human existence and dignity, which provides the operational path and value aim for the thorough transformation of classroom teaching."Leaming-centered" teaching practice shows itself in the following aspects: teaching pays more attention to the overall development of students in order to retrieve the human-centered value; teaching design is based on the richness of students so as to demonstrate students' personality and talents; teachers' teaching behavior aims at promoting the independent learning of students in order to demonstrate students' innovative vitality; and classroom teaching evolves from anticipation to generation so as to achieve the openness and interactivity.
