摘要
目的探讨子宫肌瘤剔除手术后复发的影响因素。方法选取2011年7月至2012年7月间接受子宫肌瘤剔除手术的227例患者,其中未复发150例,复发77例,对两组患者的临床资料进行比较,用单因素分析和Logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果单因素分析显示,手术年龄、初潮年龄、肌瘤直径、最大肌瘤位置、肌瘤数目是影响子宫肌瘤患者剔除手术后复发的影响因素(P<0.05)。Logistic多元回归分析显示,肌瘤位置、初潮年龄、手术年龄是影响子宫肌瘤术后复发的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者剔除手术后复发的影响因素较多,对于有危险因素的患者必须慎重选择该手术,且术后应及时复查,一旦发现异常,及时处理。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of recurrence after the surgery for uterine fibroids. Methods Totally 227 patients with nephrotic syndrome were chosen in Shaanxi Normal University University Hospital from September 2011 to September 2012. 150 cases without recurrence as no recurrence group and 77 cases with recurrence as recurrence group. The clinical data were compared between two groups. The influencing factors were analyzed by single-factor analysis and Logistic regression. Results Age of surgery,age of menarche,fibroids diameter,maximum fibroids location and fibroids number were influence factors of recurrence after surgery affected patients with uterine fibroids by single-factor analysis（ P〈0. 05）. Fibroids location,age of menarche,age of surgery were independent risk factors by multi-factor analysis（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Influencing factors of recurrence after the surgery for uterine fibroids are more,for patients with these risk factors must be carefully choose the surgery,and postoperative should be timely reexamined. Once found abnormal,should be handled in time.
