不同蛋白水平日粮中添加益生素及有机酸复合制剂对青脚麻鸡免疫及抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:15

Effects of dietary mixed probiotics and organic acids with different crude protein levels on the immune function and antioxidant activity in green feet broilers

摘要 为探究不同蛋白水平日粮中添加益生素及有机酸复合制剂对青脚麻鸡免疫及抗氧化功能的影响,试验选用320羽青脚麻鸡混合雏,随机分成4组,Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮、Ⅱ组饲喂基础日粮及复合添加剂、Ⅲ组饲喂低蛋白日粮、Ⅳ组饲喂低蛋白日粮及复合添加剂。每组8个重复,每个重复10羽,试验期52 d。结果显示:Ⅰ组活重显著高于Ⅱ组,Ⅳ组活重显著高于其他3组。Ⅰ组和Ⅳ组的肝脏重显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组脾脏重显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组麻鸡肝脏指数显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);且Ⅰ组脾脏指数显著高于Ⅱ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.05);各试验组之间,胸腺重、法氏囊重、胰腺重、胸腺指数以及法氏囊指数则无明显差异(P>0.05)。Ⅲ组麻鸡血清白蛋白含量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),总蛋白和球蛋白含量变化不显著(P>0.05);Ⅳ组麻鸡的血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组麻鸡的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组麻鸡的血清三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)水平均显著低于Ⅳ组(P<0.05),而各组间血清甲状腺素(T4)水平变化不显著(P>0.05)。益生素及有机酸复合物与饲料不同蛋白质对活重、肝脏重有极显著的交互作用,对脾脏重有显著交互作用,对其他指标无显著交互作用。结果提示:添加益生菌及有机酸复合制剂对于增强青脚麻鸡免疫机能有帮助,低蛋白水平下这种作用更为明显;但对青脚麻鸡抗氧化功能的影响不显著。 The present study was aimed to study the effects of applying mixed probiotics and organic acids in the feed with different crude protein levels on immune function and antioxidant activity in mixed green feet broilers. Three hundred twenty green feet broilers at 1- year-old were divided into 4 groups. GroupⅠwas fed with basal diets,group Ⅱwith basal diets supplemented with mixed additives,group Ⅲ with low protein diets and group IV with low protein diets supplemented with mixed additives. Each group included 8 replicates( 10 birds per replicates) and the experiment lasted 52 days. Body weights of groupⅠwere significant higher than group Ⅱ( P 0. 05). Body weights of group IV was highest among 4 groups( P 0. 05). Liver weights of groupsⅠand IV was significant higher than those of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ( P 0. 05); spleen weights of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ was significant lower than that of group Ⅰ( P 0. 05); the liver index of group Ⅱ was significant lower than that of groupⅠ( P 0. 05); the spleen index of group Ⅰ was significant higher than those of groupsⅡ and IV( P 0. 05). There were no significant difference in thymus weight,bursa weight,pancreas weight,thymus index and thymus index in 4 groups( P 0. 05). The albumin of group Ⅲ was significant lower than that groupⅠ( P 0. 05); the difference of globulin and total protein were not significant; the activity of GSH- Px in group IV was significant higher than those of groupsⅠand Ⅲ( P 0. 05); the SOD of group IV was significant lower than groupⅠand group Ⅲ( P 0. 05),groupⅠ was significant higher than groupⅡ( P 0. 05). The T3 level in both groupsⅠandⅡ were significant lower than that of group Ⅳ( P 0. 05); and there was no difference in T4 among 4 groups( P 0. 05).The interaction between mixed additives and protein levels had highly significant on liver and body weights.
