摘要
COPD是呼吸系统疾病中的常见重大、疑难疾病,疾病负担沉重。该病属于中医"咳嗽""喘证""肺胀"范畴,病变部位为肺,久则及肾。外治法如益肺灸疗法已在COPD稳定期治疗中初显较好疗效。本文对益肺灸的操作、作用机制及在COPD稳定期中应用进行总结,并对存在问题进行思考,为完善益肺灸治疗COPD稳定期的临床疗效评价提供依据。
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） is clinically common and refractory disease with heavy economic burden.The COPD belongs to traditional Chinese medicines symptoms such as ＂ cough＂, ＂ dyspnea＂, and ＂ lung-distension＂ and so on.The main location of COPD is in lung, and often related to kidney in the process of disease. External therapy of Chinese medicine,for example Yifei moxibustion, has better curative effect to treat patients with COPD in stable period. This peper attempted to summarize the operations and mechanism of Yifei moxibustion in treating the stable COPD patients, and also to discuss the questions, thus to provide scientific bases for clinical treatments.
