摘要
目的分析活血败毒汤治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法随机抽取110例宫颈糜烂患者,按照随机双盲法分为治疗组和对照组各55例,对照组患者经常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合活血败毒汤治疗。结果治疗组总有效率92.7%高于对照组总有效率76.4%,阴道出血时间、阴道排液时间以及创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,复发率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论对宫颈糜烂患者采取活血败毒汤治疗,疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huoxue Baidu decoction in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods 110 cases of patients with cervical erosion in our hospital were randomly selected. According to randomized double-blind method, they were divided into treatment group and control group, and each group had 55 cases.The control group received conventional treatment. The treatment group used Huoxue Baidu decoction on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.7% which was higher than 76.4% of the control group, the vaginal bleeding, vaginal discharge time and wound healing time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion Huoxue Baidu decoction in the treatment of cervical erosion has significant effect.
