摘要
陈言是我国宋代著名的中医学家,主要著有《三因极一病证方论》一书,创立了中医病因分类的三因学说,在病因病机方面贡献巨大。除此之外,他对妇产科病证亦有自己的认识与见解,本文主要从《三因极一病证方论》中所载的常见妇科病证入手,展现其重视妇人妊娠调养,强调详察妇产科病证之病因病机,同时总结了他对不同妇产科病证的辨证治疗以及方药特点。
Chen Yan was a famous expert of traditional Chinese medicine in Song Dynasty of our country. He wrote the book Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun, and created the theory on three categories of etiologic factors, which made the great contribution in the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis. In addition, he also had the understanding and opinion to the disease of obstetrics and gynecol-ogy. From the common diseases of obstetrics and gynecology in Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun, this article showed his attention to woman pregnancy nursed back to health, emphasis on detailed investigation of the etiology and pathogenesis of disease of gynaecology and obstetrics diseases, and summarized his characteristics of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and prescription of differ-ent disease of obstetrics and gynecology.
