摘要
目的：研究针刺治疗颈椎病颈痛的取穴思路。方法：查阅近5年针刺治疗颈椎病颈痛的临床研究文献，对其中疗效较佳的治疗手段的取穴思路侧重点进行归纳总结。结果：针刺治疗颈椎病颈痛疗效显著，目前临床上以局部取穴为主，辨经取穴较少。结论：经络作为针刺的核心部分，拓展、丰富针刺按经络辨证的取穴思路具有较大的研究前景。
Objective： To study the thought of aenpoint selection in acupuncture therapy for neck pain caused by cervical spondylosis. Methods： Con- suiting the literatures about acupuncture therapy for neck pain caused by cervical spondylosis in recent 5 years, and summarizing the emphasis of the thought of acupoint selection among the literatures that can get a good curative effect. Results： Acupuncture therapy has significant curative effect on neck pain caused by cervical spondylosis; at present, prefer to that based on channel differentiation, local point selection is the major way of acupoint selection. Conclusion： Channels as the core of acupuncture, expanding and enriching the thought ofaeupoint selection that based on channel differen- tiation has a great research prospect.
