摘要
目的：探讨中药熏洗治疗骨科刨伤性疾病的临床效果。方法：90例骨科创伤性疾病患者随机平分为对照组及研究组，对照组采取常规治疗及术后处理措施，研究组在对照组基础上加用中药熏洗，比较两组患者治疗前后生活能力、疼痛程度及患者满意度。结果：治疗后两组Barthel及VAS评分显著优于治疗前，且研究组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；研究组满意率达82．22％，显著高于对照组的44．44％（P〈0．01）。结论：骨科创伤性疾病患者采用中医熏洗可显著改善生活能力及疼痛程度，利于保障患者生活质量及维持良好的医患关系。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy on traumatic diseases in department of orthopedicsin. Methods： 90 cases of traumatic diseases were divided to control group and study group, control group with conventional therapy and postoperative treatment, based on which study group added Chinese medicine fumigation and washing, the living ability, pain degree and patients＇ satisfaction between the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results： Barthel and VAS scores of both groups after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment, and study group better than control group （P〈0.05）; satisfaction rate of study group was 82.22%, sig- nificantly higher than that of control group by 44.44% （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Patients with traumatic disease in department of orthopedicsin treated with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can significantly improve the living quality and degree of pain, being beneficial to ensure life quality of patients＇ and maintain a good relationship between doctors and patients.
