摘要
目的:探讨定经汤加减联合短效避孕药(妈富隆)对紧急避孕药引起的月经失调的治疗作用。方法:将68例服用紧急避孕药致月经失调的患者随机分为中药组和西药组各34例,中药组采用定经汤加减,西药组采用短效避孕药(妈富隆)治疗,疗程3个月。观察比较两组用药后的临床疗效。结果:中药组总有效率为90.98%,西药组总有效率为70.80%,两组间相比,差异显著(P<0.05),两组均能改善月经失调等症状,治疗组对月经紊乱疗效优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:定经汤加减对紧急避孕药引起的月经失调取得较好临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the treatment of the menstrual disorders caused by emergency contraceptive pill （Marvelon）. Methods.. 68 cases of menstrual disorders caused by emergency contraception were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group, 34 cases in each group, the Chinese medicine group was treated with Ding Jing Decotion, Western medicine group was treated with short acting contraceptive （Marvelon）, and the treatment course was 3 months. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and com- pared. Results .. The total effective rate was 90.98~, the total effective rate was 70.80% in the western medicine group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P^0.05）, the two groups were able to improve the symp- toms, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was significant （P^0.05）. There was no ob- vious adverse reaction in the two groups. Conclusion： The clinical effect of the menstrual disorders caused by emergency contraceptive pill is better achieved by the reduction of the decoction.
