老年腰椎间盘突出症患者椎间孔腰椎间融合和后路腰椎间椎体融合的疗效对比观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究老年腰椎间盘突出症患者行后路椎间孔腰椎间融合(TLIF)和后路腰椎间椎体融合(PLIF)的治疗效果。方法选择老年腰椎间盘突出症患者58例,TLIF组30例,PLIF组28例,比较手术方式的临床效果。结果 TLIF组在手术时间、手术出血量、术后引流量和卧床时间方面优于PLIF组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。而住院时间、融合时间、融合率及并发症方面,两组差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组患者在术前VAS评分和ODI评分差异无显著性(P>0.05),术后与术前对比,差异有显著性(P<0.01);术后TLIF组在VAS评分和ODI评分方面均优于PLIF组(P<0.01)。结论 TLIF手术创伤小,且在缓解疼痛和改善功能障碍方面均效果显著。
