摘要
应用共沉淀-还原扩散法成功地合成了YTi(Fe(1-x)COx)(11)系列稀土永磁合金(x=0.0,0.15,0.25,0.5),确定了其最佳合成条件,采用XRD研究了其晶体结构及在M155型振动样品磁强计上测了其居里温度和磁化强度。得出:YTi(Fe(1-x)COx)(11)系列合金均具有ThMn(12)型结构,其晶胞参数随Co掺入量增大而减小;居里温度点随Co掺入量增大而升高;比饱和磁化强度在x=0.15处达到最大。
he rare-earth magnetic alloys of YTi(Fe(1-x)Cox)(11) system (x=0.0, 0. 15, 0.25, and 0.5) have been prepared and the optimal reaction condition has been worked out by using the method of coprecipitation-reduction diffusion.By studing the crystal structure with XRD and testing the Curie temperature and magnetization on the VSM of model M 155, it is shown that all the YTi(Fe(1-x)Cox)(11) system alloys has the crystal structure of ThMn12 type,the lattice parameters decrease and the Curie temperature increases with the Co addition amount increasing, the reduced saturated magnetization has a maximum at x=0. 15.
