摘要
为了增强硬质合金的性能,分别在通氮气和不通氮气两种真空气氛下,利用MEVVA源对硬质合金表面注入贵金属Ta,注入剂量为1.5×1017,3.0×1017,6.0×1017ion/cm2。通过X射线光电子能谱、X射线衍射以及金相显微镜等方法对注入试样进行结构表征和分析,在此基础上对其表面硬度、摩擦系数、防腐蚀等性能的测试结果进行讨论分析,结果表明这些表面性能得到了明显的提升。研究发现,氮气氛对注入试样的整体表现起了非常重要的促进作用,表面结构和性能的改变很大程度上受到了表面新相生成的的影响,同时也与注入本身的机制有关。
To enhance the properties of hard alloy, precious metal tantalum was implanted into the surface of hard alloy by Metal Vapor Vacuum Arc (MEVVA) source. The experiments were finished under different vacuum conditions with/without nitrogen in the chamber. The doses of ion implantation were 1.5×1017,3.0×1017,6.0×1017 ion/cm2 , respectively. The structure of the samples are characterized and analyzed with X-ray photoelectron spectrum, X-ray diffraction, and metallurgical microscope. Moreover, the performances of sample surface, such as microhardness, coefficient of friction and corrosion resistance, were also tested, and results show that they are evidently promoted. It can be found that nitrogen atmosphere plays a very important role for the integral performance of implanted sample. The surface modification of hard alloy is not only affected by the appearance of new phase, but also related to the mechanism of implantation.
