介绍一种快速裁剪角钢的小型自动化设备,该设备能自动对叠加角钢采取底层逐根分料,由送料器对分离的角钢夹紧、快速反复送进,完成料头的裁剪、定尺寸裁剪及下脚料的分离。主机采用四柱下拉式,体积小、重心低、稳定性好,对场地适应能力强,易于拆装和搬运。
The paper illustrates a small automation equipment which is used to fleetly cut steel angle. This equipment can automatically separate the bottom of angle steel from stacking steel angles. The separated angle steel is clamped and repeatedly fast fed by the automatic feeder to finish the stub bar cutting, set the size of cutting and separate scraps. The host of cutting adopts drop-down by four-post, which has the advantage of small volume, low center of gravity, good stability, the strong adaptability, the easy assembling and disassembling and convenient transportation.
