摘要
针对工艺决策在实现C A PP智能化的重要性,在分析了C A PP专家系统的智能工艺决策的基础上提出一种基于层次分析的模糊综合评判的方法。基于典型工艺数据库,建立零件各个因素间模糊关系,结合零件编码加权相似系数检索法,通过采用一级编码和一级编码匹配率以及二级编码和二级编码匹配率的方式分配零件因素的权重。利用模糊综合评判技术来衡量新零件与模板工艺库中某一个实例零件的相似程度,实现简化零件加工工艺决策,为C A P P智能化提供了方法。
According to the importance of the process decision in the realization of CAPP intelligence, a method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the basis of the hierarchy analysis is proposed based on the analysis of the intelligent process decision of CAPP expert system. Based on the typical process database, the fuzzy relations among the various factors of the parts are set up. Based on the similarity coefficient retrieval method and parts weighted coding method, the weight of parts factors is distributed using one-level coding, one-level code matching rate, second level coding and second level code matching rate. In order to simplify the process decision of parts processing and realize the intelligence of CAPP, the similarity degree between new parts and one case part of process template library is measured using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation technology.
