丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼靶控输注对心脏二尖瓣置换术后麻醉的影响

摘要 目的:探讨丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼靶控输注对心脏二尖瓣置换术后麻醉的影响。方法:选择我院近期收治的心脏二尖瓣置换术患者100例,随机分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),观察组给予丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼麻醉,对照组给予舒芬太尼麻醉,比较两组术后睁眼时间、自主呼吸、拔管时间、镇痛效果、术后躁动、恶心、呕吐情况。结果:观察组术后睁眼时间、自主呼吸、拔管时间、镇痛效果、术后不良反应发生情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丙泊酚联合舒芬太尼靶控输注对心脏二尖瓣置换术麻醉效果好,血流动力学平稳,值得推广。
