摘要
目的:采用中药离子导入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD),观察疗效。方法:将62例AECOPD患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组采用经肺腧穴中药离子导入结合常规西医治疗,观察分析比较两组的安全性、肺功能、动脉血气等指标。结果:治疗组治疗后的症状体征改善优于对照组,治疗后治疗组FEV1和FEV1/FVC显著高于对照组。两组患者均未出现安全性问题。结论:中药离子导入治疗AECOPD安全、有效。
Objective： by using the method of traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with AECOPD,its curative effect observation analysis. Methods： 62 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, control group with conventional western medicine treatment, the treatment group USES the developments to Chinese medicine iontophoresis combined with conventional western medicine treatment, observation analysis to compare two groups of security,pulmonary function and arterial blood gas index. Results： Treatment group after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs improved better than that of control group,after treatment the treatment group had a significantly higher FEV1 and FEV1/ FVC. 2 groups of patients are safety problems. Conclusion： Chinese medicine transdermal iontophoresis in the treatment of AECOPD safe,effective.
