摘要
目的:探讨艾普拉唑肠溶片对十二指肠溃疡临床疗效。方法:选取102例十二指肠溃疡患者为研究对象,采用随机抽样法分成研究组(A组,n=51)和对照组(B组,n=51)两组。B组予以口服奥美拉唑肠溶片方案,A组采用口服艾普拉唑肠溶片方案。比对两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,记录反酸消失时间、腹痛消失时间。结果:1A组痊愈率为94.1%,显著高于B组的64.7%(P<0.05);2A组反酸消失时间及腹痛消失时间均显著短于B组(P<0.05);3A组不良反应发生率为9.8%,同B组的13.7%对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对十二指肠溃疡予以艾普拉唑肠溶片口服用药方案,疗效确切,抑酸作用突出,可有效改善胃内p H值,不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of ilaprazole enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with duodenal ulcer. Methods：102 patients with duodenal ulcer were selected as the research objects. According to the random sampling method,the patients were divided into the research group（group A,n=51）and the control group（group B,n=51）. Group B were treated with oral omeprazole enteric-coated tablets while group A were treated with ilaprazole enteric-coated tablets. Compared the clinical curative effect and incidence of adverse reactions about two groups. Recorded the time of acid reflux and abdominal pain disappearing. Results：1The cure rate of A group（94.1%）was significantly higher than that of B group（64.7%）（P0.05）; 2The time of acid reflux and abdominal pain disappearing in group A was significantly shorter than that of group B（P0.05）; 3The incidence rate of adverse reactions in group A was 9.8%. Compared with that in group B（13.7%）,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：The curative effect of ilaprazole enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of patients with duodenal ulcer is exact. The acid suppression effect is prominent. It can effectively improve the p H of gastric,with lower incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
