摘要
目的利用头颈部、肺部和仿真人模体检测射波刀影像引导摆位(IGRT)治疗脊柱追踪精度并进行评估。方法利用CT分别扫描装有胶片的头颈部、肺部和仿真人模体,将影像数据传输至Multi Plan治疗计划系统中。设计颈椎、胸椎、腰椎、尾椎、股骨追踪的模体计划,等中心计划,70%剂量曲线给予420 c Gy。模体置于治疗床上,执行模体计划。扫描照射后的胶片,利用端到端测试(E2E)软件分析照射精度。结果颈椎追踪的精度为0.54 mm和0.68 mm,胸椎为0.50 mm和0.65 mm,腰椎、骶椎、髂骨和股骨分别为0.70、1.99、2.21、2.05 mm。结论对于这3种静态模体,颈椎、胸椎和腰椎的追踪精度均达到亚毫米,骶椎、髂骨和股骨精度为(2.00±0.21)mm,脊柱追踪的精度非常高。
Objective To detect and evaluate spine tracking accuracy of CyberKnife in image guided radiation therapy(IGRT) with phantom of head-and-neck, lung and simulated human. Methods CT was used to scan the head-and-neck phantom, lung phantom and simulated human phantom with films, and the image data was transferred to MuhiPlan treatment planning system. The tracking phantom plans of cervical, thoracic, lumbar, caudal and femur were designed, and the 70 % dosage curve was 420 eGy. The phantoms were placed on treatment bed, and the plans carried out by CyberKnife, The irradiated films were scanned, end to end testing(E2E) software was used to analyze irradiation accuracy. Results The tracking accuracy of cervical was 0.54 mm and 0.68 mm, thoracic was 0.50 mm and 0.65 mm, lumbar was 0.70 ram, sacral was 1.99 ram, iliac was 2.21 mm and femoral was 2.05 mm. Conclusion It is demonstrated that in three static phantoms, the tracking accuracy of cervical, thoracic and lumbar are at submillimeter level, and tracking accuracy of sacral, ilium and femoral is (2.00 ± 0.21) mm. The spine tracking accuracy has the highest precision.
