摘要
和谐医患关系是医疗卫生事业发展的基础,暴力侵医事件的频繁发生,严重损害了和谐医患关系的建构。鉴于公立医院内医患关系的特殊性以及维持医患和谐的重要意义,主要从医学社会学、经济社会学、文化社会学以及法律社会学维度逐层探析了公立医院暴力侵医行为的生成原因,为探寻化解暴力侵医行为的有效路径提供理论依据。
The harmonious relationship between doctors and patients is the basis for the development of health system.The frequent occurrence of violent incidents against medical professionals,seriously damaged the construction of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.Since the relationship between doctors and patients is more special and maintaining harmony is the important significance in public hospitals.This paper analyzed the behavior of medical compliance in the public hospital violence and aggression generating reasons layer by layer,mainly from the social medical science,economics and sociology,sociology of culture and social legal dimension,to provide the theory basis for finding effective way to resolves violent acts.
