摘要
在抚顺新钢铁公司转炉进行了底吹气体对螺纹钢性能影响的工业试验,同时也对比研究了底吹全程吹氮气、底吹氮、氩气切换和单纯顶吹3种工艺条件下螺纹钢的性能。结果表明,3种工艺条件下轧材的化学成分、综合性能、屈服强度、抗拉强度和断后伸长率等性能指标相当,钢中夹杂物的总量和金相组织级别相当。采用转炉全程底吹吹氮工艺冶炼得到的成品螺纹钢在成分及性能上符合国家标准的要求。
The industrial experiment concerning the effects of the bottom blowing gas in BOF on the twisted steel was carried in Fushun New Steel Company.Meanwhile,the performance of the twisted steel under the whole process bottom blowing N_2,bottom gas changing over from N_2 to Ar and without bottom blowing process condition,respectively,were compared.The results showed that on the condition of the above three processes the performance index of the chemical constituents,comprehensive properties,yield strength,tensile strength and percentage elongation after fracture of rolled metal was equivalent,even the amount of inclusions in steel and microstructure grades were also tantamount.The chemical constituents and performance of the twisted steel reached the national standard by using whole process bottom blowing N_2 in the converter.
