摘要
在分析BLl500螺旋溜槽的分选原理和结构特点的基础上,介绍其在承德某铁矿磁选精矿再选中的应用。采用BL1500螺旋溜槽构成“磁-重”联合流程,有效地解决了磁铁矿在磁选中因磁团聚而影响铁精矿品位的问题,在保证选矿厂总回收率不变的情况下,有效提高最终铁精矿品位2%-3%。
The application of the BL1500 spiral concentrator in the re-cleaning of the magnetite concentrate of an Iron Mine of Chengde is described based on the analysis of the separating principle and structure features. The combined flowsheet of " magnetic-gravity" is formed by using the BL1500 spiral concentrator, and the grade decrease of the magnetic concentrate resulted from the magnetic agglomeration is effectively solved. The final grade of iron concentrate is increased by 2% -3% with the same total recovery.
