急性脑梗死及血管性认知功能障碍患者血清IL-6与IL-18的表达 被引量:12

Expressions of serum interleukin-6 and interleukin-18 in patients with acute cerebral infarction and vascular cognitive impairment

摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)和血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)患者血清IL-6和IL-18的表达。方法采用ELISA法检测64例ACI患者(A组)、33例非脑梗死急性期的VCI患者(B组)和30例老年健康体检者(C组)的血清IL-6和IL-18水平。动态观察A组第1、3和7天IL-6和IL-18的水平。结果 A组血清IL-6水平高于B、C组,B组高于C组(P<0.05)。A组和B组血清IL-18水平高于C组(P<0.05)。A组IL-6水平第3天高于第1、7天(P<0.01);IL-18水平第1天高于第3、7天(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6和IL-18参与了脑梗死后的炎症反应;IL-18较高表达可能与VCI的发生有关。 Objective To investigate the expressions of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-18(IL-18) in the patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and vascular cognitive impairment(VCI). Methods Serum levels of IL-6 and IL-18 were detected by ELISA in 64 patients with ACI(group A), 33 cases with VCI (group B) and 30 elderly normal controls (group C). The dynamical changes of serum IL-6 and IL-18 were observed in group A on the 1st, 3rd and 7th day . Results Serum level of IL-6 in group A was higer than that in groups of B and C(P〈0. 05) ,which was higher in group B than that in group C(P〈0: 05). Serum level of IL-18 was higher in groups of A and B than that in group C(P〈0. 05). Serum level of IL-6 in group A was higher on the 3rd day than that on the 1st and 7th day(P〈0. 0l) ,and serum level of IL-18 was higher on the 1st day than that on the 3rd and 7th day(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Serum IL-6 and IL-18 participate in the inflammatory response after cerebral infarction. Higher expression of IL-18 may be associated with the occurrence of vascular cognitive impairment.
