摘要
由于市场原因,中电投江西分公司贵溪发电有限责任公司的两台640MW超临界燃煤机组长期在70%负荷下运行,具有较大的节能空间。文章基于这两台燃煤机组以及配置的两台可调轴流送风机,进行了设备的合理配置,阐述了系统的工作原理,详细进行了节能分析。试运行证明,两台送风机变频器运行正常,改造前后电流明显下降,节能效果显著。
Due to market reasons,China Power Investment Jiangxi branch Guixi Power Co, Ltd of two 640MW supercritical coal-fired units long run at 70% load, with great saving space.This article is based on two coal-fired units and two adjustable axial blower configurations,for a reasonable configuration of the device,described the work principle of the system,carried out a detailed analysis of energy-saving.Test run proved the two blower drive is running properly,before and after the transformation of the current decreased,energy-saving effect is remarkable.
