摘要
人体类艺术品的快速仿制是逆向工程中自由曲面零件的数据采集、数据处理和艺术品模型重构技术的应用。基于Geomagic软件应用中NURBS面片的快速仿制艺术品,有效提高了艺术品曲面重构的效率和品质,基于UG软件应用中的五轴数控编程模块,编制人体类艺术品加工所需的五轴CNC程序,应用Vericut软件构建虚拟机床,仿真实际加工过程,检测出机床碰撞和干涉,为生产型五轴机床加工提供安全保障。
Rapid imitation of human kind of art is applied to data acquisition, data processing and the art model reconstruction technology of free-form surface in reverse engineering. Geomagic software is used for the rapid imitation art of NURBS facets, to effectively improve the efficiency and quality of work of art of the surface reconstruction and UG software is used for the five axis NC programming module to edit its routine, then. Vericut software is used to simulate the actual process, collision and interference detection of the machine tools. The insurance is provided for the production of five axis machining.
