摘要
针对丙烯酸甲酯合成过程中存在的醋酸甲酯-甲醇-丙烯酸甲酯-水-三聚甲醛五元混合体系,提出了连续减压精馏回收醋酸甲酯工艺。采用Aspen模拟软件对该工艺进行了过程模拟和优化,得到了优化的操作工艺参数(进料位置、塔板数、回流比等),实现了醋酸甲酯的有效分离。同时,也对该体系分离过程进行了小试实验研究,实验结果表明,实验值与模拟值相吻合,从而进一步验证了模拟的可靠性,本研究为该工艺的工业化分离提供了重要的指导。
The continuous decompression distillation was used to recycling methyl acetate from methyl acetate, methanol, methyl acrylate, water and formaldehyde in the methyl acrylate synthesis process. The process was simulated by Aspen Plus software. The operation parameters including feed location, plate number as well as reflux ratio were optimized thus the effective separation process of methyl acetate were achieved. At the same time, separation process experiments were carried out in the Lab. It showed that the experimental results were consistent with the simulation values and it also verified the accuracy and reliability of the models. Finally, this research provided important guidance to the industrial separation of methyl acetate.
