脱硫废水烟道喷雾蒸发的数值模拟 被引量:31

The numerical simulation of flue gas desulphurization wastewater spray evaporation

摘要 本文提出了一种新型的脱硫废水喷雾蒸发处理工艺,能够节约电厂脱硫废水处理的初期投资和运行费用,且实现了脱硫废水的零排放。本文以某燃煤电厂300 MW机组配套的烟气脱硫系统为研究对象,提出了火电厂湿法烟气脱硫废水喷雾蒸发处理技术和方案。采用CFD软件FLUENT对脱硫废水蒸发过程建立了理论模型,并对脱硫废水喷雾蒸发处理进行了数值研究。结果表明:当喷雾方向与烟道中的烟气运动垂直时,液滴颗粒与烟气的对流传热强度越大,因而蒸发越完全。当烟气温度越高,废水完全蒸发所需时间越少;当雾化颗粒粒径越小时,完全蒸发所需时间越少;而烟气流速对废水蒸发的影响相对较小,可以忽略。FLUENT的数值模拟证明湿法烟气脱硫废水喷雾蒸发处理技术是可行的,本研究为脱硫废水完全、瞬时蒸发的调控提供了技术支持。 This paper presents a new desulphurization wastewater spray evaporation treatment process; this new treatment scheme can not only make practical value by saving the initial investment and operation costs of desulphurization wastewater treatment in coal power plants, but also attain the environmental protection requirement by realizing zero discharging desulfurization wastewater. In this paper, a power plant with the 300 MW boiler in China is regarded as the research background. The spray evaporation treatment technology and method on FGD wastewater in power plant is proposed. The CFD software, FLUENT, is adopted to establish the theoretical mathematic model, and have a numerical study on the evaporation process of the FGD wastewater. Through the simulation, following results are obtained: When the movement direction of droplet particle is vertical to the flow direction of flue gas in the duct, the greater intensity of the convective heat transfer between droplets and the flue gas, resulting in evaporating more completely. The higher the temperature of the flue gas is, the less the evaporation time is, Besides, The smaller atomized particle size is, the faster evaporation is; the velocity of flue gas has little influence on wastewater evaporation, which can be ignored. The results show that this approach of evaporating treatment FGD wastewater is feasible. This research for the desulfurization wastewater completely, instantaneous evaporation regulation provides the technical support.
