合并开放性骨盆骨折严重多发伤的急诊处置 被引量：12

摘要 骨盆骨折被认为是除颅脑与胸部损伤外由创伤致死的三大原因之一，一直是创伤救治中的难点。尤其是合并有开放骨盆骨折的严重多发伤患者的救治难度更高，临床治疗棘手。正确评估骨盆骨折并采取有效的处置措施既是该类严重多发伤救治中的难点，也是整个救治过程中的一个关键点。我科2004年1月--2014年12月收住并成功救治13例合并开放性骨盆骨折的严重多发伤患者，疗效满意。现报告如下。
