摘要
本试验采集某养鸡场发病鸡的肾脏和肺组织病料,接种鸡胚盲传,发现从F3代开始出现侏儒胚及发育不良的鸡胚,经病毒血凝性测定、干扰NDV试验、RT-PCR鉴定,判定该病毒为鸡传染性支气管炎病毒,命名为HP-W株。对该分离株的S1基因进行扩增、测序,结果表明该毒株的S1基因长度为1 620 bp,与变异株4/91的核苷酸同源性为98.9%,氨基酸同源性为98.1%,与其他毒株核苷酸及氨基酸序列的同源性均低于80%。
Nephridial and lung tissue of sick chicken collected from poultry yard, were inoculated on SPF embryonated chicken eggs for serial passages. Dwarf and dysplasia embryos were observed from 3rd passage. The results of viral hemagglutination test, interference of NDV test and RT-PCR identification demonstrated that the virus was identified as IBV, named HP-W. S1 gene of this strain was amplified and sequenced, we found its length was 1620bp, and the sequence of nucleotides and aminoacids shared 98.9% and 98.1% identity with 4/91 strain, but less than 80% with other strains.
