摘要
目的:探讨叙事护理在缺血性心肌病患者康复中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2016年6月～2017年6月我院心血管内科收治的缺血性心肌病患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30人,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加叙事护理。观察两组患者焦虑抑郁心理状态、心率、收缩压和心肌耗氧量。结果:与常规护理组相比,叙事护理组患者的抑郁、焦虑评分下降,心率、收缩压和心肌耗氧量下降,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理能够改善缺血性心肌病患者的心理状态,降低患者心率、血压及心肌耗氧量,促进患者康复。
Objective:To explore the clinical application of narrative nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy were selected for this study.All cases were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group added narrative nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state of anxiety and depression,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and myocardial oxygen consumption were observed between the two groups.Results:Compared to the control group,the SAS,SDS,heart rate,systolic blood pressure and myocardial oxygen consumption were decreased in the observation group,all with significant difference(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing improve the mental state,reduce heart rate,blood pressure and myocardial oxygen consumption,which could promote the rehabilitation of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.
