冷冻切片机冷冻锤对冷冻切片质量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究冷冻切片机冷冻锤对冷冻制片及HE染色效果的影响。方法:选取33例不同类型的新鲜病理组织标本,采用平行分组的方式分别在有冷冻锤及无冷冻锤辅助制冷条件下行冷冻制片及HE染色,并采用双盲方式对制片效果行量化评分及差异性分析。结果:与未使用冷冻锤组比较,使用冷冻锤组的切片刀痕、裂隙、网眼、皱褶较少,组织着色能力较强,切片染色艳丽、背景鲜艳、透明度好,核质染色对比突出,组织结构层次清晰。结论:冷冻锤的使用能够有效提高术中冷冻切片的制片及染色效果。 Objective:To investigate the impact of freezing microtome heat extractor components on section and hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining during the frozen section procedure.Methods:33 different types of fresh pathological specimens were selected for the further study.The parallel-group method was adopted to perform frozen section and staining with or without heat extractor respectively,and the double-blind method was employed to score the results on a quantification basis and analyze the differences.Results:There were less knife marks,cracks,mesh and folds,with stronger coloring ability,more gorgeous staining,brighter background and better transparency in the group using heat extractor components.The contrast of nuclear cytoplasm staining was prominent,and the tissue structure was clear.Conclusion:The use of the freezing microtome heat extractor components can effectively improve the quality of section and staining of frozen section during operation.
